During Sound Meditations we are invited to practice deep listening, to tune into the subtleties of elongated frequencies, and to open our ears to resonant instrumentations.
Working with sound in an intentional + meditative way can bring balance and deep relaxation to our whole system. With the harmonic vibrations created by crystal singing bowls, chimes, drumming and voice, we are offered the opportunity to shift our brainwaves to both alpha (creative + calm) and theta (deep meditation) states which can provide a salving and supportive experience. We listen not just with our ears but with every cell in our body and sound vibration effects every part of our being.
